We'll, they beat the so-called main dealers, hands down! The invoices are clear and we'll presented, and they're all knowledgeable and friendly too. I'd trust only them to do the suspension geometry on my BMW...I wish I'd not taken a Marshalls Service Package when I'd bought my car - I'd rather use Bartletts!

Have used them for years and always been happy. Cheaper than a main dealer and they know their stuff when it comes to BMW. Helpful front of house and they go the extra. They are expanding - deservedly, but hope they never lose the family firm feel.
Good experience just a couple of minor let downs, I booked my car in for a service a while ago and in between the booking and the service the company had moved premises, I went to the wrong site initially but the new workshop is only a few minutes away so not a big deal, secondly whenever I have had my car serviced or worked on at Barons BMW or an authorised workshop including my previous car which was a Skoda The vehicle was returned washed and cleaned throughout. I know it's only a small point but it's a nice touch on the customer service front. Happy with the work done and the staff, the customer waiting area is clean and modern. I will use them again
The only garage I would use for my BMW. Nothing is too much trouble, including meeting me on a bank holiday to drop a car off. Knowledgeable and efficient with the best diagnostic equipment. Highly recommended . When my tlc runs out on myMini I will also get it looked after by Damien, Natalie and their team .
