Came here on Saturday 29th December with the seats and inside roof of my car completely gross ( brought second hand) the seats were oilly and wet! I came here paid them 50 to clean the car and valet My car looks brand new! I can't faut them Lovely bunch of people Will be back soon! Happy new year guys
I have been using this car wash for six months and have not found a better one in Huntingdon area, always excellent service and friendly staff, also they take particular time for detail, plus free coffee and very clean and comfortable waiting area.
DAMAGED THE LACQUER ON MY BONNET! BEWARE! THEY WILL SAY THEY CAN'T BE HOLD RESPONSIBLE AND WILL DO NOTHING TO COMPENSATE! On this occasion I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I have been happy with their services until Saturday last week 10th November 2018 when I was mistreated. I left my car to be washed in and out - the usual service. To my horror, when I returned to pick up my car there were significant damages to my car's lacquer on the bonnet. I pointed them out to the owner's son - Luan who was always very nice to me. He looked at it and the only thing he said..."well, but it's an old car". I couldn't believe my ears...Really?!?! What difference does it make? Are they trying to say that if was driving a 1971 35,000 Ford Mustang they would have also said "But it's an old car!" THAT IS TRULY RIDICULOUS!!! I left my car in their possession and they damaged it. Luan also kept repeating that they are only responsible and can be liable for scratches...Again, what difference does it make? Damage is damage and as a matter of fact the damages on my car are far more serious then scratches! Again, if I arrived in a 2018 Tesla worth 80,000 and they damaged its lacquer, they would also have said "But it's not a scratch!"I was having none of it, so I asked to speak to the owner. I was told they weren't available. So I politely asked to speak to the owner on the phone. Luan dialled the number and spoke to someone in their language (possibly Romanian). Then he passed the phone to me and I spoke to a lady who was not only the owner but Luan's mother as well. She was very rude!!! It was very difficult for me to say something as she a) kept repeating the same thing b) was talking over me! She kept repeating that "it is water damage and maybe the chemicals we use". First of all, check their board (picture attached) where they tell you they use great eco products! So what harmful chemicals then? Most importantly, this IS NOT water damage in itself. The damages on my bonnet were CAUSED BY THE PERSON CLEANING IT HOLDING THE LANCE TOO CLOSE TO THE SURFACE OF THE BONNET. It is the excessive pressure applied while using the lance hat caused the damages. I was trying to explain it to the owner but she was being extremely unhelpful. I couldn't take it any longer so I asked her "Just tell me what are you going to do about it?" She said that there was nothing they could do as their insurance covers scratches. PLEASE BE ADVISED that there is no info anywhere at their premisses on what they can be held liable for, neither is there any disclaimer about damages. Also, I did not sign.any document to say that I understand my car could be damaged but I will not be able to be compensated for it.None of the above!!!I handed the phone back to the son who had another brief chat with the mother, then put the phone down. Then told me that his mother said I didn't have to pay for the service. Honestly!?!?! Did they really think I was going to pay them 15 for causing damage.to my car?!?! At that point I had enough and started taking pictures. To my astonishment, Luan walked off and went back to cleaning other cars. No-one paid any attention to me anymore. I, therefore, approached Luan and asked him "are you still dealing with me? Is your mom coming?" He said she was NOT coming and that I could come back the following week to speak to her as she would be on site. I thought he was kidding but he wasn't. At that point noone was paying any attention at me so I only told him that his mother would receive an email from me.I emailed the owner on the 13th Nov and received nothing back. I emailed again today. We shall see...Complete and utter disgrace!!!!AVOID THIS PLACE as you might be the unlucky next one...
