Rude on the telephone. Phoned up today asking if they could do same day printing on a polo t-shirt, response "No haven't got one", for which then the phone was put down. Usually come here for the great service and as a local I have been coming to these guys for years but because of this lack of C.S I will be going elsewhere.
Great shop & great service. They are really helpful and were able to deliver a great product even though my digital image was not great and they had very little time to deliver it in.Definitely will support this local business.
Ordered 22 T-shirts for a stag do involving some custom tweaking and found Paul and Lee to be very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. Product was good quality and at a good price. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
I am more than pleased with the T shirts we had printed. Quality is food, print was exactly as uploaded and they arrived 6 days after ordering. I looked at several company's sites but Printed T shirts was the only one that allowed me to order several different sizes / quantities of same print as one order. AVOID THIS PRINTING SHOP. Basic order was done incorrectly and they refused to take any accountability to make it right. Companies error was at my expense. OWNER IS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND CLEARLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS let alone know how to print quality products. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Better quality products, more care taken to products, and better prices elsewhere.
