1 star is generous. Rude staff. This dentist treats NHS patients terribly, making every attempt to get rid of such patients in favor of private clients. Do not get sick or you will be unregistered without your knowledge and left with no treatment and then told you can only have the treatment if you now become a private client. Disgusting. I have chronic health issues including, fibromyalgia, IBS, neurological nerve issues, neuralgia pain condition, need a hysterectomy and have other chronic health issues and so I sometimes have to miss appointments but I am told I'll be discharged if I do despite giving 24 hours notice. Yet they cancel or lose your appointments. The dentist I saw was rude and became angry, throwing her instruments down in a strop when I tried to explain the neuralgic pain in my jaw as the reason why I couldn't do everything she asked. As for contacting you to resolve the issue as you suggest, I spoke to you and nothing was resolved. I believe there is deliberate abuse of NHS patients going on at this Dentist and it needs taking to a higher authority.
