Rude, unhelpful staff. They're all very nice until you have a problem then they change. Don't go near them, it's not worth the stress!!!

Sorry im writing this review in here but the Argos in the Sainsbury store does not have any section for me to write a review.Extremely poor customer service. I went in to pay for an item I reserved online but I was told by 3 of the ladies that I should of had it delivered, they said this to me a couple of times. I know it was a big item, but I don't need to be told what to do, what is it to them if I pay for it or have it delivered, just way they said it, it was very rude. I wish I knew their names, JUST DO YOUR JOB and then they refused to help me by not taking my item to my car. I think they were getting confused, i think they thought I told them to pick it up but I told them to bring it to my car. But after one of them did with the wheely thing ,sorry I don't know the name of it.
Lovely Staff , pleasure to deal with, always helpfull, I often use the click and collect.
Decent service, always quiet though, shop always seems to be too big for what it is.
