been on hold for 20mins to ask one simple quedtion ive been position 1 for 5 of thoes mins can tell some1 is just trying to keep me on hold coz it rings then clicks tells me im in position 1 and trys to play the hold music 2 bars of music it goes back to ringing! as im typing this its now at 21mins and counting. this is ridiculous
