This gym is especial that all i am gonna say
Small Gym and not enough machines, After visiting this Gym it seems bit expensive. As i use to visit The Gym and Pure Gym in Bedford they both charge less than 20 and thier equipment was excellent.

Out dated and equipment is rubbish. Peak times you cannot get on equipment. If you are a temporary worker on the A14 do not join. Join elsewhere as they say you can leave anytime as your working away but then they try charge you the next six months. Better gyms in the area with better ethics to treat customers.
I have joined this gym after many years away from exercise and absolutely love it! Just really sorry it has taken me so long to get back. Incredibly all these years later it is much cheaper, the staff are all so friendly and helpful and the classes thus far attended have been first class. I feel the better for this and generally so much more motivated. Recommend you try for yourself and doubt if you will be disappointed.
