John very kindly came out for what turned out to be a false alarm (I thought I had a broken lock but it was actually the door handle that was broken, doh.) He was very gracious about it and didn't even charge me for my stupidity (which he really should have done). Professional, friendly, helpful, I will definitely use them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks John!

Called this morning as I was locked in my house and despite already being very busy they came out within half hour, changed the lock to a fancy new one (it needed changing anyway so this was the best option) and made a massive fuss of our dog who was super pleased.
