The seats are comfy and you can book specific seats online. There can be a wait for the popcorn and the prices are on the high side. I would advise getting there early as it can be tricky finding a parking space when it's busy.
Could do with remodelling like the newer cinemas as needs some work doing to the foyer and outside the screens but still good!
38.00 for drinks and Popcorn + 25.00 for tickets for 2 Adults and 2 Children. I will say no more. In my view, Cinemas deserve to lose business to Netflix and Internet Streaming if a 2.5 hour film and snack is all you get for the best part of 63.00. Sad.
The staff are more interested in their own conversation rather than the customers who are paying money. The place is clean and has plenty of room. Just the staff need to learn good customer service.
Seats and screens are always clean, even after long and popular film releases. If there is ever any mess, they always clean it up, and even offer customers replacements if they haven't eaten any of the food they bought. They are all very friendly and i see them very often. They sell high quality food fro the price that you pay, even though you want to it to be cheap it would honestly be better to buy it beforehand. There is also a small arcade with loads of things for children to play on while they are waiting to see their film which are hardly ever delayed. This is a great place for the family to go out to.
