Terrible experience. If you're a buyer I suggest you go elsewhere before you get treated like absolute dirt. It has been made clear that the buyers are not their clients and they act only in the interest if the vendor. Unprofessional! I have never been treated like this in my life! Disgusting! We have been gazumped.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff
Avoid at all costs. Utter incompetent, fraudulent and negligent. Broken promises, lies, deceit and terrible customer service. Majority of the staff are very unequipped with any training or intelligence. Lyn Dowie and Karen Albrecht particularly inept and rude. Refused to carry out any repairs on my property, as previously promised, and instead told me the Landlord refused... Transpired, after contacting landlord, they were unaware of repairs or any problems. Ignored all contact with me for 6 months until I was forced to leave due to unsafe house. After all the stress, they had the audacity to refuse to give me my deposit back because of light bulbs being out. Then took money from me two months after I moved out. From start to finish, absolutely shocking! And what is worse, I was warned by so many people and locals about how bad they are... I didn't listen but you should!
