A nice and peaceful time has been spent at Stroud Hill Park, it is out of season at the time we were there so not many guests on site. Very relaxed, electric _ water and grey waste at most pitches, well kept toilet / shower suites plus washing up, washing machine & dryer also available. Dog friendly and a tennis court is on site. Free wifi is also available, some areas are better than others for a good signal..

Fantastic site, excellent amenities. The site owner is very particular and it shows! We enjoyed 2 delicious meals in the restaurant. We will definitely back to this little gem.
Lovely campsite very clean and tidy, very peaceful location. My only concern is the on site restaurant seemed a bit expensive. But all in all an excellent site will definitely be going back.
This is a nice quiet site with a lovely bar and restaurant and fabulous clean toilet and shower facilities. There is also a well stocked fridge and freezer and honesty box for supplies. There are some great walks from the site including nearby Somersham and easy access via car to St Ives and Ely which are both worth a visit. Super pitches on site which are always a nice luxury. Small site but nice walk around it including the nice fishing lake. People on the site very friendly.A few things would make it 5 star in my opinion. A proper tarmac road on site would be good, as would some kind of barrier system for entrance as its open and anyone can come in. Also there is a water pump behind pitches 1 and 2, which is discreetly hidden behind a shed type fixture, but there is a continuous buzzing noise from it. So when sitting outside it can be annoying so you may want to avoid these pitches. Its a non smoking site yet the van next to us the couple sat and smoked outside and in the hot weather we had our blinds open and our van stunk of smoke. The policy of anytime on and anytime off didnt work for us. We arrived lunchtime but didnt have much choice of pitches as some people hadnt yet gone. Likewise on our way home at 11am another van was coming on as as its a narrow road they hit our car with their van. Had it been standard leave at 11 and arrive after 12 these things wouldnt happen.
