Covered the entire upstairs of my house in one visit. Had good advice from the sales advisor who wasn't pushy. Waiting for the fitter to complete in 3 parts and I will update the review post fitting.
Decent range on carpets. No issue ordering, supplying etc. Fitters came early in the day and cracked on. Unfortunately by accident a fitter has damaged a plug socket. Socket was perfectly fine beforehand but manager states that it must have been faulty beforehand, so not accepting any liability. Despite fitter apologising. Admittedly at time I thought it was just a small crack in the plaster. Closer inspection later showed the whole unit loose. No apology from carpet right, basically its tough on us. Must point out, all the staff incl fitters were fine, managers attitude though was way off the mark of customer service.
Well priced with ranges to suit all pockets. Staff are efficient but not so forthcoming with assistance
