Not very welcoming customer service, bit disappointing
First time hear nice nails but they should not talk in their language while doing customer nails.
I used their service 3 times each times it took them nearly a hour and of course every 20 min someone else was doing my nails of course every one has their way . I have done French ombre, the pink was awful. Only first time I was happy how they done my nails but the rest was horrible. Charged me 40 for ombre and 5 for little but of sparkle only on one nail . I have seen their work online and it look awesome but in practice is horrible.

I came in at 1pm on a Saturday to get my acrylics removed and replaced with new ones. Waited for an hour. A young man took a picture of my nails without asking me if he could. He then scrapped off the colour and said hell just be a minute, but he was gone for about 20 minutes. The trainee then filed away my acrylics and put my nails back in the acrylic remover, it absolutely stung, as I realised she actually cut some of my skin. A man told the trainee to stop and took over, he removed the acrylics for me. Then a women took over and applied new ones. I had to leave at 2:40pm without getting my nails painted, as I had plans. The women shouted at me and made me pay the full price of 40. She told me to come again to get my nails painted. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. Never going there again and definitely wouldnt recommend. The staff are incredibly rude, they take forever to do nails, theyre always speaking to one another in Vietnamese and having a laugh in front of you, as if they are talking badly about you.
