If you are going to look at bikes then go to a different store I Went to go and get my bike fix and came out with more problems than I went in with The customer service is awful as well spent over 15 minutes ringing the store to get through to the department and gave up and tried the next day In conclusion if you are looking for a bike in halfords go to the Cambridge store
Never answer the phone doesn't matter which department you look to be put through to... Very poor indeed.
Excellent service, Aaron in particular was extremely helpful in the bike section and sorted out a gearing issue on my son's mountain bike. Even made sure his price for replacement parts were matched to the market.
I really like these guys. There is maybe is sometimes a bit of a wait but friendly and knowledgable. For a high street retailer you know your stuff.
