Following on from a request on my phone to review a local business that I use most days, I was saddened to read a previous negative review from Eagle Eyes which has compelled me to leave a comment regarding Amici Coffee, Huntingdon myself.Having been a regular customer for several months, a chef by profession and currently employed as an Inspector of commercial catering establishments,. I would like to say that in my experience at Amici Coffee I have only ever been served by professional, polite & friendly staff, who go above and beyond to give excellent customer service.As far as the hygiene is concerned, from what I have seen and witnessed as a customer, all food safety standards are rigorously adhered to and the establishment is consistently clean, presentable and tidy.I have not ever seen evidence of any of the negative feedback left by Eagle Eyes and I feel it is a very unfair reflection of what I believe is a valuable asset to the local Railway Station that is continually enjoyed and praised by many.
Went and got myself coffee and food on my travels and would reccomend this place to others, the staff was very polite and the food and coffee was lovely, i will certainly come back again soon :)
Eagle eye, unfortunately I'm not able to contact you. I'm the managing director or the coffee shop. You name a member of staff who wasn't working at that site for some time and not there when you state she was. I would the welcome the opportunity to discuss with you your concerns. I do note how ever that you are also criticising the Peterborough museum which has a great reputation especially on more accessible review platforms. Our own customer satisfaction feedback places us at just under 4.8 out of 5 stars. So clearly we need to discuss any issue you have had. Thank you please pop in to see us
I went to get a latte and a lady called Charlotte made it she was very rude as I stood there for 10 mins waiting to be served and she was on her phone. Also dont get any food from here as its hygiene is disgusting
