Awful. I sat in here waiting for my car to be cleaned. The service was insincere. The food (a sausage roll) has been left out unrefrigerated, then microwaved, which I'm sure made me unwell. Every single free table was disgusting, covered in leftovers, dirty cutlery, plates and cups and crumbs everywhere. Every table. I cleared one myself. The coffee itself was nice. Just a black coffee. The sausage roll was okay, heavily seasoned I'm sure to cover a multitude of bland sins. Then on leaving a waitress without a grasp on physics, squirted water into a cup at high pressure, soaking me on the way out. I got a 'sorry' but let's be real, that's not how it's done when you soak a customer. So poor.
felt girl serving wasn't very pleasant as if she she couldn't be bothered and slightly rude and the lady I was supporting saw her balancing the saucers she was about to use on her head.(nice) also when we told her someone had left their bags by the counter she just shrugged and turned her back on us. Grumpy or what time for another job I think

Stopped in for a cool drink on a hot summer's day. Great place to wait while car was cleaned and detailed at the Tesco shopping centre. Good service!
Spot on. Every. Time! Clearly the empty plate is an indicator that this treat was absolutely terrible ;) This is a great place for a daddy daughter date too. Friendly, fast service with a smile every time. They even take the time to make your latte or hot chocolate look beautiful. Also, a great place to wait while your car gets washed at Waves. Theres even a leave one / take one lending library with some interesting titles.
