Stone chip on the Bedford-By-Pass a couple of hours ago, emailed insurance company who told me Nationwide Windscreens would fix it. My local one is literally 2 minutes from home so instead of telephoning them I simply popped in. Really impressed when they said we will repair that now for you, no waiting, no booking and no returning. Now that is what I call a fantastic service!

Do not use this company! Terrible coustomer service!Over seven appointments nothing has been resolved. Paied to have my windshield replaced. STILL dealing with the aftermath. Windshield leaks now, damaged headliner and now upholstery! Glue on my headliners well as water damage . No shows for appointments , yes not than one. Late for every appointments they did make. Just save yourself the damage and legal fees and go somewhere else!I literally have photos of your company doing the work. That you now refuse to replace repair or refund! Your manager is Carl...Not to mention your drivers had to have their ids scanned into the MOD computer and sign their name when I escorted them onto an RAF base each time to conduct the work under video surveillance. So now your company is one a liar and two incapable of doing its job! Thus why we have had to take legal action against your company to receive compensation for the extensive damage done to our vehicle.
