If I could I would give 6 stars, I have been coming here for a while now and I am never left disappointed, they do the best Burgers and Fish and Chips in town and for miles, the thing that I found here that I have not found in any other take away shops in Huntingdon is the OUTSTANDING quality of the food and the OUTSTANDING level of cleanliness and professionalism of the staff and of the manager. They are always open for a chat and a laughter even when they are busy; their food is well worth any wait. Thank you guys thank you Barney you are the best!

Really good food I bought mine and went and sat down near the river. And friendly staff as well at the time I went. I do hope it's the same cos it's 2 years ago I went there I was boating at the time.
We are locals but first timers at Barneys. I am quite fussy eating out so I wasn't expecting much. I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of the fish and chips. The fish was perfectly cooked with a crispy batter and the chips were freshly cooked while we waited for a few minutes. The staff were very pleasant and presentable. Barneys displays a five star hygeine rating on the entrance door.Barneys will in future be our number one choice for fish and chips in Huntingdon.Since our first review four months ago we have used Barney's several times both at lunchtime and in the evening and we wouldn't go any where else. The quality of the fish and chips is really outstanding every time and very good value.
