I had visited the Darjeeling prior to its refurbishment and this was my first visit since it has reopened. The quality of the food was excellent and much improved on previous occasions. The food was of very high quality and one of the best in Indian meals that I have had in several years. The reason that it is not 5 stars is because to achieve this improved quality the price of all the meals had increased.
We had a great meal with excellent service - We are already planning our next visit. Friendly staff generous meal servings and authentic freshly prepared dishes
