One star is too much! Don't believe any 5* reviews. What just happened literally was the last straw. I was just surprised in my own house by an agent and random people who wanted to do a viewing. Excuse me??!! That is not on! No one notified us. Or what about the broken fridge that hasn't been fixed for 3 months?! Be prepared to CONSTANTLY run after them. I'm worried about our deposit as I heard people don't get it back. Also thanks for charging us for a reference for our new house. Our new agent was pretty surprised by that btw... Penningtons is chaotic and clueless and just wants your money! Can't wait to never have to deal with them again.

They do every think they cab so u don't get your deposit back and also the will lie to your face about several thing. They also say the landlord will not allow you to do that when it's really just them and they can't just honest about it. Will never use them again and never recommend them to any one that I know stay away from them and u will get a better service

I have been really impressed with Pennington Properties. The process was all new to me and given the way in which I wanted to move, into a newly listed property, we also needed to move quickly. At every stage all of the staff at Pennington Properties have been very helpful, very polite and professional and that has been reassuring the whole time.

I would highly recommend Penningtonproperties who have been managing my property for several years. There staff is very professional and their customer service is excellent. Whenever an issue is reported, it has always been dealt with promptly.
