Weve always had impeccable service here (although Im not sure our poor cats would agree!). Every staff member has been unfailingly kind and helpful, and you can tell they really care about your pets. Theyve always listened to our concerns and provides excellent care, whether for routine vaccinations or emergency appointments.
The vets and nurses are excellent the only issue i have is that 5 weeks after a final vaccination i received an invoice. I was surprised as i had initially checked the amount that would be due and was told when i queried the invoice that it was for worm and flea treatment not included with the 2nd vaccination. Before leaving my 2nd visit i stood at the reception desk whilst 3 receptionists continued talking to be told there was nothing to pay and i left! It should be made clear to all customers exactly what you will be charged and also made clear if it is optional.

I had to visit this surgery as it was an emergency and my vets was closed. The vet that I saw was brilliant. He had to deal with a sensitive matter and I was so impressed with the way he explained all of my options. He then gave me the time I needed to make my decision. I was very impressed as I had never visited this vets before. I would definitely recommend it to others.
