The staff here are so patronising! The receptionists dont have a clue when it comes to customer service and dealing with actual humans! Pets dont come without owners! Maybe someone should let them know!
I purchased two Ragdoll kittens back in August and the staff has been so amazing in making sure they're healthy, happy, and not draining my pocket while doing so. I've had an emergency visit at the very end of their day and they still took us in and gave us the utmost care and time needed. My girls are always given the same care and affection I give them at home, and they actually like going to visit now! They know that they're going to get a snuggle and see everyone, so thank you, Vets4Pets, for taking such grand care of my babies.
