Just stayed here once on work trip but all was good, friendly & helpful staff, hotel was nice, modern and clean, bed was comfortable, room was quite spacious, breakfast was excellent. Everything was as you would expect it to be, a good stay, I would use again.
As usual, nice experience, clean rooms, nice bed, and all the usual amenities. Breakfast options were little lower than usual ones around London which was due to just past the Christmas time as clarified by staff but they did provide cooked breakfast when asked. Overall very nice, again as usual!

The hotel is lovely. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The only issue was the breakfast. We waited over half an hour to be seated and were forgotten about. The lady was very rude to us and it spoilt our stay somewhat. Food was good but cups were grubby. We spoke to the catering manager who was very understanding. He gave us a complimentary coffee to take out as an apology. I'd stay here again but I'd grab breakfast elsewhere. It wasn't worth the time.
Exactly what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn: clean, tidy, friendly service. A bit remote from anything but very handy for the racecourse. Restaurant was nice, breakfast buffet had everything you'd want / expect, although service was a little slow. Rooms are a good size and bathroom was very clean. Would happily stay again.
