I've been a member on and off for many years, never had to make a complaint. They continue to make improvements to the leisure facilities and the staff are always welcoming. I was very sad when they stopped making a newspaper available in the restaurant , as a single member I did enjoy a snack and a read.
Only visited the lounge bar for a meeting, strange set up with the seats - they've paired low sofas with much taller chairs so half of your group ends up towering above the others. 6 for a tea and a herbal tea. Nice place to meet though and parking is free.
Overall a nice hotel, with friendly staff at reception and good facilities like the on site gym, sauna and pool. The restaurant/bar area is also good during the day for a coffee or for evening meal.
Christmas Dinner a must. Fantastic quality, not rushed and tables spaced out well. Hotel clean and tidy and staff very accommodating
Great hotel situated just off the A14 with plenty of parking. My room was very comfortable, spacious, quiet and very clean with a large tv. Visited for a works Christmas party which had great party atmosphere and good food.... forgot to take photo of room when I arrived :-))
