Superb as ever!!Excellent food, good atmosphere, excellent beer!! Couldn't ask for more!!
This is my favourite little stop-off for a bite to eat when I'm in the area, great home cooked and locally sourced food, served in a cosy old pub with friendly staff... What more could you want. Side note the home made apple crumble is devine.

Very nice little cosy pub, lots of dogs in there so very dog friendly. We had a nice roast dinner, they do a special deal 2 courses for 10.95 I think it was.
Lovely old pub in lovely village. Staff very welcoming, we had a roast dinner which turned out very dry. Yorkshire's wasn't cooked, neither was broccoli. Food is Definitely not freshly cooked as advertised. Toilets are very run down.
