Let's get straight in...The people: Extremely pleasent. Both Fran, and Dan were very attentive and friendly. For a family run business, they certainly do keep every minor detail professional without lacking one bit on quality. Very supportive from start to finish. Knowledgeable on the vehicles they are selling. The location: A bit hidden away, but once you know where it is, it's very easy to get to, and there is plenty of room to park.Presentation: Class. Upon arrival, the car I was looking to test drive was parked in the centre; It was the first thing I saw when entering the premises. I thought this was a nice touch. I did have a look round at other vehicles they were selling to see that the majority of them were kept sheltered from the elements, and were all very clean.My Purchase: Audi A5. What a beauty. The price was spot on, they offered me a reasonable part exchange for my car, and even sold the car to me with a full years warranty! I'm over the moon with it. Overall, Perfect example of how an auto trader should be. Fran Cars is definitely worth a visit. They have a car for almost anyone. To Fran Cars, Thank you.
Daniel at Fran Cars looked after us when we purchased a nice 5 series BMW from them. No pushy sales and we were free to take our time with a nice mug of coffee while making the decision (which didn't take too long!). The service has been excellent throughout and I would certainly recommend them to friends, family and everyone else who is looking for a good quality car. We had a slight issue after collection but that has all been sorted out very quickly and they covered the cost of it.Highly recommended and would certainly buy from them again when I look to change cars again.
