Shocking display of main dealers trying to rip customers off. Went in yesterday because my headlight bulb would stay on for a few seconds and then turn off. Because my car has HID Xenon headlights I wanted to make sure I got the correct bulb. I was told take it could be the bulb or maybe a controller and to change the bulb needed to have the bumper removed. The quote for this was 365 (1.2 hours labour and bulb). After a quick look under the bonnet, and 2 minutes fiddling the bulb is changed, without removing the bumper. Also the service man told me that HID was an aftermarket fitment, making me feel stupid for not knowing. Actually it was just that he doesn't know his own product.
Some issues with the organisation but the staff are helpful and friendly.

Warning light on the dash and I pulled in with no prior warning. The service team were simply terrific. Listened, reassured and then sorted out the problem then next day. The communication through fixing the issue was first class and picking the car up again they were so helpful and friendly.Best experience I've had with a service team.
