Very rude when asking a question about a warning light also not able to look at other problems as they claim they are too busy to check my tyre. I took my car in for a recall and this is the service I received. Very bad customer service.

The sale rep give you time to walk around at your place and have a look at the range of used cars, he asked if he could help and when you was ready he would be there to help if you needed to know anything about any of the car's what was their, the sale's rep was really helpful.
Disappointing service. All they had to do was email me a write up of works carried out under warranty and they never sent it despite numerous phone calls and me physically going there. I gave up in the end
Friendly staff, but please check your vehicle has a locking wheel nut key. I didn't check, this was a mistake as it didn't have one. But it should have come with one. Thus 3 stars.
