We bought an A4 Avant on Sunday and had it delivered to our home on Wednesday. The car had been checked and valeted so looked wonderful. Process was really easy, helped by excellent customer service from the Huntingdon team. We would like to give a big thank you to Ellen on reception, who dealt with all our calls promptly and politely. We initially spoke to Steve and Will who provided excellent sales support, which gave us confidence to travel the 80 miles or so to view the car. The showroom was easy to find and we were welcomed by Ryan and Joe who spent the time going over options and how we could part exchange our own ageing A6. All in all a really professional and reassuring experience.
I had never considered an Audi before and having been a long term customer of Volkswagen and previously Jaguar, it didn't seem an option. However, with the Sirocco now being a dead model, I took the opportunity to wander down to the Audi dealership and a few models caught my eye. After a brief chat with Ryan and passing over some of my personal details, I left thinking it was too early for me to change my car. However, a couple of hours later I got a call from Ryan, advising that we could look at a refresh. After a few short calls, a couple of visits, including an extended no quibble test drive, on Monday I drove away with a lovely A5 Cabriolet. When I first visited, I explained that whilst cars had to fit a budget, the most important element for me is the relationship. I don't want to be sold a car. From the very off, it was obvious that the team there listened, understood, worked quickly and pulled out all the stops, to provide me with a deal I was very happy with.I was made to feel welcomed by Ryan, Adam, the receptionists and the supporting dealership management and they made the transition from a long standing Volkswagen relationship very easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all the background work done at pace to allow this deal to complete, so painlessly and quickly.We have 4 cars in our household, and will be looking to widen this relationship as a result of this experience

I am sat in the "Service" centre whilst I write this. I brought my car in as booked at 9.30 for a service. It did not move until 10.50 when I noticed it had not been touched and made it clear either they started work or I left. I have not used this garage since a similarly useless experience a couple of years ago. For convenience, I tried them again thinking "They cannot be that useless again..." I was wrong.
