I bought my Hyundai Tucson from Steve's Car Sales recently, and I have to say that the service I was given was second to none. I was treated with complete courtesy, nothing was too much, I paid a fair price for the vehicle and came away feeling completely satisfied. I will definitely be going back when the time comes to change my car.
Bought a great little skoda eight months ago, dealt with a nice young saleslady called Monika, she was polite, knowledgeable about the cars and very helpful, gave me confidence as a woman dealing with another woman.Took it back for the six month service, mentioned a couple of little issues like the air con not very cold, and the glove box not closing properly, both issues fixed for me, and a headlight bulb replaced (I hadent noticed it had gone).I would highly recommend this place. The warranty is really good and they dont quibble, if something is wrong they do fix it.
Scam artists, hired a car which had multiple rear lights out (of which I was unaware) which caused me to be pulled over by the police. On return they tried to charge 200 damages because of a small scratch on a car that is worth about 500, paint peeling everywhere and already damaged bumpers. Will be seeking legal advise to return the money. I think they're attitude is that they can just scam Americans who work on RAF Alconbury
Don't trust anything they say unless it is explicitly stated in their Terms and Conditions of the signed contract. I was told my warranty would last through August, and even had an email from their official email address confirming this, but when I had an issue with the car they refused to honor the warranty and then blatantly lied to me in an email response to my inquiry claiming they told me 3 months prior that the warranty was no good. If you buy a car from them, expect to need that one year warranty and ensure you read exactly what the T&Cs say the warranty will and won't cover. Do not take them at their word.
Very impressed.. They must have over 100 second hand cars there!The prices are what impressed me the most.
