Bought a used car from here. Liked that there wasn't the usual salesman pressure. Knocked a few hundred off the asking price to get a level we were happy with. Can't complain. Will use the garage for repairs/services now I have a Ford :)
had excellent service today from the TCH team. It's a bit stressful test driving and then buying a vehicle to take home in one day but they made it and enjoyable experience. One guy was on only his 3rd day with the garage but competently handled the test drive and ensured we had coffee etc, when lunch caused a bit of a delay, my brother and I we're given a voucher to get lunch at a local pub! very impressed. to top it all off the car was in excellent condition and had lots of important and attractive features which were not advertised. This either demonstrates the need to look at a vehicle rather than just going by the advert or maybe TCH need to point out some of these extra features such as BLIS and an electronic folding towbar and rear camera on there website to assist customers compare vehicles online more accurately. overall the relaxed environment within the showroom made for a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate in recommending this dealer and would use again. Thank you.
No pressure sales. The coffee wasn't bad, but no sign of biscuits. A few knocked of the asking price and a reasonable offer for trade in. I'll pick up new new (used) car next week
We always buy our new Ford's from here. Sales staff are not pushy at all. The service centre offers excellent facilities and they won't rip you off.
This place is amazing, the only company to use for a ford. I have a Motability car and due to change very soon. The helpfulness is second to none then the service department, again extremely friendly and helpful. They will arrange for one to be dropped off close by and for me, I get dropped at the local Garden Centre and of course picked up.
